You’re not alone. We see you.
You’re at the end of your rope—trying to protect a child (or adult child), piecing together advice from Google, Facebook, and AI, losing sleep and carrying the entire burden.
You’ve found the right place. This is where Texas families come when school is failing their child, benefits are at risk, or the next phase of life feels overwhelming.
We don’t do family law or business cases or work outside the state.
This is what we do—every day, across Texas:
We serve children and families with disabilities.

We understand.
Your child is regressing—or you’re seeing anxiety, shutdowns, or refusal to attend school.
IEP/ARD meetings go nowhere: promises, delays, no follow-through.
Discipline is escalating—and behavior tied to disability is being treated like “bad kid.”
Bullying or unsafe situations keep happening—and the school minimizes it.
Your child is approaching 18—and you don’t know what needs to be in place for adulthood.
You’re worried about benefits, decision-making, and long-term support—and you want a plan that actually holds up.
What happens next.
1) Free 15 minute Discovery Call — a quick call with our intake specialist to confirm fit and identify priorities.
2) Paid Attorney Strategy Session — meet with an attorney for clear rights, options, and a plan (special education, planning, or guardianship—based on your needs).
3) Representation + Action — we implement the plan: meeting support, negotiation, complaints/due process, planning documents, or guardianship filings as needed.
If there’s immediate danger, call 911. For suspected abuse or neglect, contact Texas DFPS.
We can still help, but please address any emergency first.
FAQ.
What kinds of cases do you take?
We focus on (1) special education law, (2) special needs planning, and (3) adult child guardianship across Texas. If you’re unsure which bucket you’re in, that’s exactly what the discovery call is for—we’ll route you to the right next step.
Do you attend IEP/504 meetings or take formal action?
Yes. We represent families in IEP/ARD and 504 meetings, and we also pursue district-level resolution, complaints, and due process when needed. We don’t pre-decide the path. We start by understanding your situation and goals, then choose the fastest route to enforceable outcomes.
What happens on the Discovery Call?
The discovery call is a 15 minute call with our intake specialist to determine whether we can help and what the best next step is (special education, planning, or guardianship). If we’re a fit, we’ll book the appropriate attorney strategy session and take payment during the call.
Do we “have” to do guardianship at 18?
Not always. Many families assume guardianship is automatic at 18, but there are alternatives in some situations (like supported decision-making and other planning tools). We’ll help you choose the option that protects your loved one while preserving as much independence as possible.
What will it cost?
We can also present tiered options so you can choose the level of support that fits.In many special-education matters, districts may reimburse part or all of your legal fees when you prevail or through settlement.
